Is it possible that you've set up more than one Gixen account ?
The receipt you receive from the payment processor should have an indication of exactly which Gixen account it is a payment for.

Hello! My GIXEN subscription expired more than two weeks ago. During this time, I paid for the annual GIXEN subscription twice, but I still can’t use it. Could you please check my payment and re-enable GIXEN for me? Thank you in advance. Alexander
