Same here - can't place new bids now for some reason, Gixen page will not fully load after placing a bid.

I also have noticed that the speed in which it takes to load Gixen after setting a snipe is sometimes up to a minute+, which is absolutely destroying me in the amount of time it takes so set my bids. I typically have 100+ active bids.
I actually just got to the point where i cannot set any new bids for some reason, and have less than 20 set at the moment. The page just loads back to the \"Gixen Main - Chicago\" tab but nothing loads below it. and when I reload and go back to my bids, it doesn't show my bid as there. I was able to place bids up until about 20 minutes ago, albeit it was moving extremely slowly even when it was working.
Really hoping I won't have to find a new service because Gixen has been my trusty reliable friend for 2-3 years now, but I just quit corporate america and opened my Pokemon LLC so every minute wasted adds up... please advise :)

I responded to your email. The size of the list matters, 300 watched items is significant and has to be broken up in multiple subsequent calls. This takes time. Once you respond to my email I will verify this and hopefully propose a solution.

The web server was moved onto a new machine a few days ago... that machine might need a few performance tweaks, particularly for web pages that contain a lot of snipes. I'm sure it will improve over the next few days.

Just a quick update that this morning I \"only\" have 130 or so items on my watchlist and the website is having a much easier time loading them. Once or twice it has failed to load them all, but it's noticeably better than it was with 300+ items, FWIW. Unfortunately I typically have 300+ snipes in my eBay watchlist on a given day.

Yeah I'm in the same boat with the timeout issues, going on for a few days now. Today I drove to a friend's house to try using the Gixen website on his internet and using his computers but encountered the same issues.
Occaisonally Gixen will load all my snipes for a minute or two, but even when it does, it runs slower than usual. Mostly it just loads some of the snipes and then gives up without loading them all. But at other times it won't load anything except the top banner/tabs.
I do have a few hundred items in my eBay watchlist, but I have had as many as 600 snipes in the past without issues.
Interestingly I have no issues using Gixen on my phone. But I don't like using Gixen on my phone with so many snipes; that makes for too much scrolling.
Hoping it's resolved soon -- I love Gixen!

I have noticed this problem as well, but with the web site: Timeout when trying to modify a snipes. I was able to enter some snipes by trying repeatedly, enduring slow loads, timeouts, and \"lost snipes\" -- app acts like it's saved a snipe (giving no error), but on revisiting the snipe, no data has been saved.
I have noticed the timeout problem for several days, but it seems particularly bad today, to the point that I gave up on trying to use Gixen. The \"lost snipes\" problem has been going on for weeks, but pales in comparison to the timeout problem.
There were several hundred items on my watch list, but -- in the past -- I have had 500+ without encountering this problem.

On a desktop PC Gixen is timing out before I can put in any sniped. It's taking forever. I've managed to get a few in after trying several times, but it's really slow. I have about 100 snipes to get in tonight or i will have to snipe manually.
