Please always provide your Gixen id when contacting Mario, and in this case some details of the payment made (when and for what level of service) would be helpful in order to be able to track down what happened and correct it.

Post subject: Mirror Service Not Reflected on Account
I recently paid for the Gixen Mirror subscription, but my account is still showing the free-tier bid limit. Does anyone know how to update the account to reflect the subscription if it hasn’t updated automatically?
