It's done on the payment processor side of things, because that's where recurring payments are set up. So, you could have either set it up within Paypal or in Stripe. First you need to log in here to be directed to the 'My Snipes' page. On that page there is a Settings button which once pressed results in the Settings page being displayed. Near the top of that page, after the payment options, you should see a record of your payments, and they should be links that take you to those transactions on the payment processors site. Once on their site (you can also just go directly there) you should be able to navigate to the area where these recurring payments are administered and then cancel it there. As a slight aside, there's a discount for having a recurring payment set up. So, it is cheaper to have recurring payments than it is to pay by individual payments each year. Accordingly if you set up such a payment and then cancel it before the next payment is made you should expect that the period of your subscription is reduced to less than a year. I'm not sure that reduction in the subscription period is automated though.
