I rarely use eBay anymore. From my account details, I cancelled my auto renewal September 3, 2021, but it charged again this year (and apparently in 2023) for a 2-year $11 rate. This rate doesn't even show up anymore so I'm not sure if it is still valid. Also, when I log into my gixen account, it still has a countdown timer and appears I don't have a paid membership. I believe this is related to the old accounts which used eBay IDs before gixen IDs. I contacted payments at gixen.com and support at gixen.com without any response earlier this week. The next step is to open a chargeback with PayPal, but I'm trying to avoid that.
OK thanks... looks like Mario may have changed a few things behind the scenes, since the changeover to using authorisations.
If you can't find the recurring subscription on the Paypal side, please do come back to let us know and I'm sure it can be tracked down somehow.

Thanks for the info!
It does look like I still have 2 accounts but Gixen doesn't seem to let me log in with the eBay based account. I tried the password reset with it and it says no account found after putting in the username and my first name.
The forgot username link does find both but states that the eBay based account has no Gixen account:

You do not have a Gixen username. You used to use Gixen by logging directly with your eBay username xxxx!x
Things have changed since, now you have to register a Gixen account. Any previous settings will be transferred automatically to your new account once you register.
Please register at:
gixen.com/register.php
From this, it suggests that a new account is necessary and that it would transfer so that what I did when the switch happened.
I don't mind letting this subscription go another 2 years and can just remove the authorization from PayPal's side.

Update - I did the \"Transfer your mirror subscription\" and that seemed to link the old eBay-based account subscription to my current gixen-based ID.
The subscription details still show cancelled so I'm not sure why this is still auto-renewing.
You posted this while I was still working on a response to you... it's further indication that you still have multiple Gixen accounts... you may have successfully transferred the Mirror subscription from one of them, but the transactions will still be listed as having been credited to that old Gixen account. That will be why you can't see them on the Gixen account you've now transferred the subscription to.

I have noted that sometimes Mario reports not receiving the emails sent to the support address, but please keep trying, that's the one he monitors. Do you have any alternative email addresses that you could try to send messages from, sometimes certain providers seem a bit difficult to get through from.
I think you'll have difficulty with Paypal if the transactions are more than 6 months old. Most banks don't go back very far with chargebacks either, unless you've previously reported the transactions and they haven't acted properly.
I know there is no intention on Gixen's part to take money from anyone for a service they no longer want, or require, so once the message does get through, or you sort out how to cancel those transactions yourself I'm sure it will get resolved quickly.
Please note that Gixen never actually requests money, what it receives is all pushed from Paypal as a result of recurring arrangements that you have previously agreed with them directly.
... so continuing on the 'help yourself' tack, this:

Indicates to me that actually you have multiple Gixen accounts.
In fact, Gixen accounts have always been separate from Ebay ones... It's just that up until the point where you provided the authorisation for Gixen to access your Ebay account indirectly rather than Gixen actually logging in to it, they had the same names as Ebay accounts.
So, it looks like what you did instead of just authorising your existing Gixen account, you actually set up an entirely new Gixen account and then added a subscription to that one too.
It sounds like you have sorted out the newer account, but you still actually have those old ones, and that is where the payments that your Paypal account is still sending will be being credited to.
In that case you have a few options that could at least partially resolve this:
First, log back into those old Gixen accounts, or regain access to them via the email you have registered for them, if you can't remember the password that you used for them, and then go to the Settings page and find the Paypal recurring transactions that have been credited, so that you can cancel them as you did the one on your newer account.
Alternatively/secondly, you could log into your Paypal account and find the recurring payments from within that, and cancel them directly from there.
Also please be aware that Mario will need to know the Gixen accounts that these payments have been credited to... So please include all that you are aware of in any of the email communications that you send to the support address.
