If you are able, please do follow up with them, as they requested, and hopefully in time it will get escalated to the right people to be able to look into it. They are with sellers I have bought from with no issue in the past. I can see that when I look at the bid history and I should have won the auction. <br /> <br />Ebay is accepting manual bids - no problem. I am verified and have a good history regarding payments etc. Location Australia.
