Not withstanding the issue with the authorisation, which needs to be sorted and will prevent bids being placed... The general principle with snipes being placed outside the limitations of a pay-per-use subscription seems to be that if you can schedule the snipe then Gixen will attempt to place the bid... However, if you do win a lot of those it could also result in you having a negative balance. Having a negative balance will in turn restrict your ability to even schedule bids, because it will ask you to pay off that balance before you are able to do so.
Post subject: EBAY AUTHORIZATIOM
My ebay authorization could not have expired o r else my recent bids and wins would not have suceeded. Also from a previous message from your staff (cupid) he said that all my bids will be placed even with a negative balance, and that all i need do is to make a future puchase of that method of Pay per use and my negative balance will be restored to positive. In the meantime, Gixen will continue to place bids for me.i would prefer that you continue, even with a negative balance and send me an updated bill. And if i dont pay .you can kick me off the service. or better yet, continue to place bids but at the last minute cancel them. ha ha . only kidding, you're not that spiteful.

The problem I see with your account has nothing to do with subscription, which is fine, you have pay-per-use subscription. The problem is - your ebay authorization has expired.
eBay requires that you renew the authorization every 18 months or whenever you change your ebay password or username. This is free of charge. See detailed step-by-step guide and explanation here:

Post subject: pay per use plan.
I placed over 40 bids on items, (I lost many) mainly because I was not really all that interested in buying those types of items anymore, but there were some great bargains). I didnt really check my outbid notices because I didn't want to be tempted to increase my bid amount, (those days are over, the bid junkie in me has grown up.)i am still concerned that if my bid wins will \"eat up\" my payment plan and future bids will be ignored. zero balance. I hope that you will keep bidding active on my behalf and send us updated billing.

If this was purchased recently it sounds like:
Pay-Per-Use balance for $6 (1% of won price, 0.20c minimum, $5 maximum per won auction applies from that point on). Balance does not expire until used.
.. which would mean you can schedule unlimited snipes (not 13) until the balance runs out based on the value of the items that you win via Gixen snipes... But if you schedule snipes that result in the balance going below zero you have a negative balance... which I imagine is taken from your next Pay-Per-Use payment, if you ever make one.
You'd be entitled to win around $600 worth of auctions (or 30, if the value of them is low) before your balance runs out.

Post subject: NUMBER OF BIDS EXCEED MY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE LIMITS
I am not sure which subscription plan i selected, but it cost me $6. if i win 13 bids, will I have to pay a higher fee or what happens if there are too many bids that were not covered by my subscription, will those bids be denied or dropped? or should I pay for any amount not coverred at a later date, for example you send me an updated
bill?
