I notice that ebay's auction ending times are shown to the nearest minute, such as 8:07AM PDT, whereas bid times are shown to the second, such as 8:06:53AM (which was one of my snipes.) A different example is an auction shown ending at 12:01PM, and my snipe was placed at 12:01:49. Since Gixen bids are placed to the second, how does Gixen know what the actual ebay ending time is, to the second?
