Since I'm not an employee, I can't open up new communication channels with Gixen.
I also don't ever have access to the emails you send to the support address, only Mario can do that, and only he can investigate payment issues behind the scenes. He also has not reported any particular issues with that Inbox though.
What I will do is send a direct message to him myself as I know that works.

I sent three emails, on 4/07, 5/07 and 7/07, no response to any of them. It should be pretty clear from their content that they pertain to this issue.
I'm not prepared to share my id. Are you prepared to enable private messaging on this board? I'll be happy to share this way. Or please provide an alternative means of contact if you're having issues with your mailbox.
You should really be a little more proactive. So far the support I received has been pretty poor.

but was sold 1-year extension instead. Well, the money was taken from my bank account but my Gixen account still shows:
