I'd recommend first using this form, to get a list of the Gixen ids sent to your email address. Then, once you are comfortable that you are using a Gixen account that is associated with your email, and you still can't gain access to it, use this form to proceed with the process of resetting the password for that account... And make sure you have a method of remembering what you eventually set it to... personally, I save my login credentials within my web browser, so that I always have easy access to them.
Post subject: Trying to login
I tried to set up account, it would not accept any passwords I created when I went to login the screen came up that my password was not accepted.
I finally got my password to get accepted.
Tried to login the next day to set up some snipes, went to login again and it says my password was not accepted again.
