They lie and say problem is fixed when it isn't. I have had a false unpaid item charge that causes my bids to be blocked. <br />Nut case psycho seller demanded payment but would not accept any form of payment, no paypal, no check, no money order. A week wasted email back and forth trying to pay then seller accused me of fraud and refused to sell. I documented this and sent all to ebay certified mail but even after many promises from ebay customer service over many months, I don't know how many agents lied to me and said it is fixed my bids are still being blocked. Only solution is to close the damaged account and open a new one losing all my 100% feedback. But when I try to switch to a new account on Gixen I get an error message.
