I'm sorry I don't really understand what you mean, but I'll try to interpret what I think you might mean in the following answer.
The Gixen Desktop Manager needs to use your Gixen credentials in order to communicate with the Gixen servers every time you ask it to do something.
The message you are getting indicates that the server is not recognising the credentials it is being sent by the Gixen Desktop Manger running on your machine.
Being logged into the website using those Gixen credentials is irrelevant and superfluous, the Gixen Desktop Manager operates independently of the web interface, or any other.

Is it prompting you to provide your Gixen credentials ?
If not perhaps you opted to save the wrong ones, and if you have a gixen.ini file in the working directory of the the application from then deleting that will cause the application to prompt you again for the correct credentials.

Post subject: Error messaging when starting up Desktop App
I encounter this error when starting up the Desktop App. I tried to post an image, but doesn't work either.
Could not get item list, API returned ; ERROR (101) ; COULD NOT LOGIN
I have already connect the App to Ebay and have given it permission.
