If you choose to have the Gixen Desktop Manager remember your credentials on your machine you need to make sure that it has write access to its working directory. |

I was having the same problem. Gixen desktop was on C drive but there was no .ini file in the folder. Moved it to D drive, loged on and there is now an .ini file in the folder. |

Also - try logging in to the web UI. If there is any account problem you will see that in the web UI. |

Is the Desktop Manager prompting you for your Gixen credentials ?
If not I'd recommend deleting the gixen.ini file that is probably in the same directory as the executable file that you run. This should force the program to prompt you for them again. |

Error 101
Loging on gixen.com first.
I have done this but DM will still not run.
Any Ideas? |
