You can also check your authorisation on the Ebay side. They are under: My eBay->Account (tab)->Site preferences->Third-party authorisations In any case if Gixen has found it to be invalid, it's best to renew it. I don't think we know all the reasons that Ebay chooses to revoke these authorisations (changing credentials appears to be one) and when it does it doesn't necessarily let Gixen know until Gixen tries to use that authorisation again for a snipe.
Do you have more than one eBay account? If yes or you aren't sure log out of any eBay account you currently have open and then go into gixen and reauthorize. When you hit the eBay part of reauthorizing it will give you a choice of which eBay account to select and log into for the authorization.
That's one possibility that comes up.

Post subject: Auth token is hard expired. Auth token is hard expired
Just lost an item because the bid said "Auth token is hard expired. Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application." I had already updated by third party authorization of Gixen so what gives? My settings say that the eBay authorization status: Active.
Your eBay authorization for eBay account g***dri expires on Fri, Aug 13, 2021.
