Payments for items won on eBay never go through Gixen, Gixen has nothing to do with that.

Not the question. I am willing to subscribe for two yearly recurring for Gixen. But I'll pay for items I win how I like NOT through paypal and/or Gixen.

Steve, it's not an authorization for Gixen to charge you at will, it's paypal recurring payments that you can cancel at any time.
One-off payments are slightly more expensive, $8 / year instead of $6 / year.
