I just checked, and somehow I forgot to support pay-per-use for GDM. I will fix this (all fixes will be on the server side), but it may take me 3 weeks or so. In the meantime, please use the web UI instead.

I don't know how the different subscription options work with respect to the GDM, you may be on to something with your suggestion.
Only Mario can answer this question, if you would like to contact him directly the easiest way is via email to the support address given on the Contact tab above. If you point him towards this thread hopefully he will also respond here for he benefit of us all.

Thank you for your reply. It is under Status (Mirror). I have the subscription for 1% of the winning price and unlimited time. I don't know if this is the problem. But as I said, it does show up on the web page. The About section of the Desktop Manager says Copyright 2010-2017. Maybe my subscription option was added after 2017 so it is not recognized?
