Once you get rid of the error popup you can change the credentials using the Settings->Username and Password menu option. The application picks these up from the file named gixen.ini, located in the working directory of the application, which is usually the same one where you have the .exe file installed. The credentials get stored in that file when you ask the application to remember them. An alternative is to just delete that gixen.ini file, then you are back to the situation you have when you've just installed the Gixen Desktop Manager for the first time.
I get this error whenever I open my desktop app, tried re-downloading and same thing occurs. Any idea how to fix this?
