When people ask this type of question please bear in mind that grouped bids are there to provided bidding functions and grouping items has bidding consequences.
Grouping bids is
not
for the purpose of organizing items into different groups by types, colors, sizes or whatnot. Read the FAQ for full information about how grouped bids function before using these functions.

No, it isn't but you are not the first to ask, particularly about options to display items in the same Group together, which many would find more intuitive.
