Well, someone requested a chargeback on a whatever was used to fund your paypal account, likely a credit card. It's not so much that the payment was refunded, it's that Gixen was charged a $20 chargeback fee by paypal.
Now - that's a reason to get you suspended, when it actually ends up costing Gixen money to provide you with a service.

Post subject: Can't Login: Your account has been suspended Error
When I try to login, I receive the following error:
Your account has been suspended for the following reason: Requested a paypal chargeback.
I believe this is a mistake, as I signed up for a 2 year Gixen Mirror subscription in late 2017, and certainly have not filed any chargebacks.
I have noticed before when I logon using my phone, I received the above error if I select "use mobile site", but it works properly if I select "use full HTML site". Now, however, neither works and I receive the same error. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
