I should think that it's a problem with picking up that you've linked the same Ebay account to a Gixen id as was previously used when you purchased a Mirror subscription... and that will also be why the History hasn't been translated across as well.
Only Mario has access, behind the scenes, to sort these things out, so please follow the same instructions as I posted above in order to contact him and provide the information that he will require in order to find the records and transfer the details to your new Gixen account.

Please include, along with your explanation of the problem (perhaps even via a link to this thread), both your Ebay and Gixen ids.

Having problems with the new site, it's telling me I'm not a Gixen Mirror subscriber, but I am, I even added another year to see if it would fix it, but it hasn't.
Can you take a look?
