I recommend logging out and in of Ebay a few times to see if they are prompting you for any information or presenting an advert at login... if they are, I further recommend changing your communication preferences on Ebay to reduce that possibility.

There were bids between and after those errors, which went correctly. No problem with manual bids too.

If this is a high proportion of the snipes you had scheduled, and is replicated over two servers, as you say, then I think it may indicate that Ebay has imposed some sanctions on the activity of your account.
Have you tried placing a manual bid recently? If not I recommend that you do so, preferably from a computer that you do not use often, so, one that is unlikely to be associated with your account.
If that is not possible or does not indicate any signs of a block imposed by Ebay then I recommend that you email Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above. Please always include your Ebay id in such communication, as well as a short description of the issue you are having. He should then be able to respond with detail on steps that you can take in order to try to track down where the problem lies with your snipes here on Gixen and then enable you to fix the issue.

Those were on Main server.
On Mirror one: 231965615636 has EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2), other auctions have the same errors as on the Main server.

Were those all on the Main server?
Were any of these Mirrored snipes, if so what was the status on the Mirror tab?
