Some of the things that can cause them to do so, are getting your password wrong, in any context, not just via Gixen, changing your password and then logging in from a different location (e.g. the Gixen server) or radically changing the location that you normally log in from.

I'd advise you not to attempt logging into Gixen again until Ebay has removed that Captcha from you logging in from elsewhere, and in any case not for at least a day after you first see it happening.

Note, with so many users Gixen is going to have some individual users that encounter this issue on a regular basis, since it has become more common for Ebay to take this action against specific accounts. So, the fact you and some others have encountered it recently, does not necessarily indicate, in and of itself, that Gixen has a widespread issue.[/quote]
