Mario can be contacted directly at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above. Always include your Ebay id, and the auction ids of auctions you need him to look at in such emails. Never include your password, though it might be useful to include specific special characters as you have here. <br /> <br />It might not be an error with your credentials, if you have not changed them, since they must have worked at least once in the past for you to have been able to st up the snipe with those credentials associated with it. It is possible that Ebay put a temporary block on your account logging in via the Gixen server.
