Post subject: So, still being blocked
So, Sunday or yesterday, my ebay account was locked out. When I was forced to change my password I lost literally hundreds of snipes...missed some incredible deals that closed while I had to wait to get back in. I managed to print out the data before I lost it and spent hours manually redoing the snipes. Only, to have ebay again lock me out and lose all of my snipes. I haven't been here that long but have won well over a hundred items on Ebay. Now, what am I supposed to do,....manually redo the list all over again only to have my password changed again? Is this going to end. I am losing alot of money on all of this and never had this problem before with my paid auction service though it has been years since I used them. I really like Gixen and hope it can succeed.

I think many of us got that email, myself included, even Mario had to reset his password after this event:

I was also fortunate not to miss any snipes either... I tend to have 5 to 10 per day, at the moment, more at the weekend.

Fortunately when I opened Gixen in Chrome at home it still showed all my up coming snipes, so I was able to recover them into my now blank Gixen account
Yes I was forced to change my password by eBay after they sent me a message : Unauthorized use of your account -- action required?
Fortunately I did not miss any auctions.

This was caused by what Mario explained on this thread:

Now that you have logged in to Gixen with your new credentials there is no way that you can see your old snipes.
That is the way Gixen works, it retrieves your snipes based on the credentials to be used to submit the bids.
You will have to reschedule them all I'm afraid. sorry. They would all have failed in any case because they had the wrong credentials associated with them.
Mario is the only one with access to the snipes you had scheduled previously now... if there is time he may be able to provide you with details of them via email, you will need to provide your Ebay id (never send your password via email it is not secure enough) and a description of some of the items you had scheduled.

Post subject: Password Change - Snipes gone ?
I have just changed my password on eBay and logged out and back into Gixen and all my up coming snipes have dissipated ?
How can I get them back, I did not add them to my watching list in eBay as they were in Gixen !
