The issue occurs, I believe, because in order to access your watch list the Gixen server has to log into your account... but after looking at your watched items there is no resulting bid on any item... So to summarise, I recommend using it sparingly, if at all, and when you find it is not working please revert to entering your snipes manually... I find that actually saves me time since I don't have to go through and edit them after they appear in my snipe list.

Fortunately Ebays' measures are usually temporary, and you may well find the the import feature appears to 'fix itself' when, in fact, nothing can really be done to 'sort out' this ongoing issue.[/quote]
