Gixen can only bid what you can bid manually, an earlier, higher bid than your snipe amount, causes Ebay to tell Gixen that the bid must be higher than the one it is trying to place, hence the status of 'BID UNDER ASKING PRICE'. <br /> <br />Did you place any manual bids at all? <br /> <br />Later: <br />Ahh... I see the problem.. there was a bid retraction of US $400.00 5 seconds before the auction ended... that will have caused this.
