Sometimes Ebay takes action specifically against accounts logging in via the Gixen server, this appears to be particularly the case on accounts that use features that require it to log in to Ebay but not place bids, like the Watch List Import feature, more than average. Since you are the only one reporting this issue right now, I would guess that is the case for your account at the moment. It is also known that changing your password and then immediately trying to log in to Gixen can also trigger Ebay to target that Ebay account, in this way. Since these measures are usually temporary, my advice, at the moment, would be to stop trying to access Gixen for at least 24 hours... and then if the problem persists after that wait, I would recommend contacting Mario via email at the support address given on the Contact tab above, referring back to this thread... he may then be able to provide more specific advice related to your account.
I just had this problem too, all my snipes are firing OK (just had one work a minute ago) BUT I cannot login to the gixen site to make more snipes. I haven't changed my password for about a year.

Post subject: ebay login failure, can't even get to my snipe window.
Hi,
I just tried to log into Gixen to load some snipes but I get the message.... ebay refused your login. password may be wrong/may require additional security etc.
Well I changed my password 2 times after that and still the same outcome, that's 3 known working passwords refused.
I then changed the proxy settings as suggested in the Gixen failure message and still no good.
What the heck is going on?
