Make sure when you select the item on the Ebay listing that it is only the number you pick up not the extra 'Seller assumes all responsibility' which is on the next line of the Ebay listing... Then you should not get this issue when you cut and paste it into the box on Gixen.
I select by double clicking the number, not by dragging with the left mouse down, this proves more effective, for me, in selecting just the number.

Post subject: Gixen refusing to take bids
Recently, I have had a number of bids refused; instead I get this message from Gixen - "Could not add this item 231502612617 Seller assumes all responsibility".
What does this mean and how do I avoid wasting my time trying?
Thank you.
