If you have now changed the email stored on the Settings page under 'Your notification email address is' to one that you do have access to...
then I would try the Mirror Transfer Form again and see if the email is then directed to that email address.
I would also suggest that it would be best for you if you changed your Email address on the Paypal site.

Yes, it was in settings, not in FAQ, sorry!
The email was probably the same as in setting and this one is not functionnal. I changed it but too late, email was already sent to my non-functionnal address (it's not a fake one, I can use paypal with it but this email server has been discontinued some months ago). I wasn't careful enough, sorry.

I think you may be saying that you have already tried using the Mirror Transfer Form that you can access via the Settings page after you have logged in to Gixen?
I am not sure since you refer to the FAQ page, which does not have the required link.
If you have tried that please make sure that you are looking at the emails for the account that was registered with Paypal when you paid for the subscription. If there is not an email in your Inbox please also check your Spam folder and filters since these emails could get directed there.
If all else fails then you can contact Mario at the email address provided on the Contact tab above.
The other problems you have will be related to the fact that Gixen no longer recognises that you have a Mirror subscription, so if you sort that out the other issues should also get resolved.

Post subject: Changed username - no email - can't upload csv - no mirror
Hello!
Thank you very much for your great service.
I changed my username on the website (by the url in the FAQ) but I failed to receive the email.
Finally, my new nickname (it sucks, I have to find another :? ) can log on but I can't upload the csv file (I've produced it with previous nickname). I don't know why, the button is not clickable.
Also I lost access to mirror, it doesn't transfered all informations from my account I guess.
Thank you to help a bit.
