Please bear in mind that sellers can set these restrictions on any and all their listings as they choose... so, even if you can bid on some of a sellers items, does not mean that you can bid on all of them.
The restrictions are also never apparent on Ebay until you try to place a bid.
If you find restrictions that stop you bidding it is most productive for you to take steps to remove the cause of the restriction from your Ebay account.
As Mario implies, there is nothing that can be changed in the Gixen software that would cause these rejected bids to be accepted by Ebay.
There is no software in the world that can place bids on an Ebay buyer account that has restrictions applied to it by an Ebay seller.

On how many listings do you base that opinion?
It may look that way to you, but Gixen really does nothing different than you do manually, and the response page received is actually logged, so there is little doubt in what caused this. If you email me I will provide you with a logged ebay response page.
