I don't understand this post, sorry, ROI = Return on Investment?
If you want to buy items at a fixed price why don't you just buy them via Ebay, it isn't a sniping operation.
Anyway, no, you can't add items that are Buy It Now only to your Gixen snipe list.
Perhaps if you can explain more what you are trying to do it might be possible for you to automate it yourself via the Ebay API?

can i use this for buy now items? I want to snipe completed listings to see what is selling on a consistent basis and has high ROI. will this work for that?
