Yes you can, so long as you do not mind winning both... it is advised that you have different offsets for them, so that the bids are not actually placed at exactly the same time.
If you only want to win one of them then I would advise only to set a snipe on the one you think it is most likely you will win.

Post subject: Items ending at the identical time
There are 2 different auctions ending at exactly the same time. Can I snipe both of them?
