According to Mario, yes you can still have snipes that place bids at the same time.
There is, however, a risk that doing so will cause Ebay to start placing blocks on your account that could limit the ability for Gixen to snipe auctions on your behalf in the future.

Duh.
Just got the previous post.
But, just to be clear, can I have a bunch of snipes firing at the same time?
Thank you.

I'm getting this message too.
Is this bug something I can fix?
If so how?
Just to be clear, can I have a bunch of snipes firing at the same time?
Thanks in advance for any help.

My apologies, I had a bug causing this message to show up when it shouldn't have. This is fixed now.
As for main/mirror - no, you will not end up bidding against yourself, ever, unless if you use multiple ebay accounts.

Post subject: you have another snipe ending at the same time
but if you schedule the server and the mirror at different times, wont you end up bidding against yourself?
I remember Gixen cautioning against this when I was first setting up.

Post subject: you have another scheduled nipe
Getting the same messge, but unsure how to alter mirror. I havent changed the settings in years....how long an interval should one use?

I figured it out. I use the mirror and the snipes were using the same offsets for the server and the mirror server. I changed the mirror offset and it stopped giving the warning message. Oops. Perhaps a different warning for using the same offset would be helpful.

Post subject: \"You have another scheduled snipe ending at the same
When I add auctions today I get the following warning message:
"You have another scheduled snipe ending at the same time. It is advisable to avoid having snipes that end at the same time (to avoid eBay inserting verification steps) or at least to use different offsets."
The snipe seems to be added fine. I don't yet know whether the snipe is placed correctly. I tried logging out and logging in (just in case I was somehow logged in twice) then placing more snipes and still got that message. My guess is after some recent change Gixen is now trying to add the snipe twice and gives that warning message when it goes to add the second time, but maybe it's worse than that so I'm reporting here.
