I use the mirror and the snipes were using the same offsets for the server and the mirror server. I changed the mirror offset and it stopped giving the warning message. Oops. I don't yet know whether the snipe is placed correctly. I tried logging out and logging in (just in case I was somehow logged in twice) then placing more snipes and still got that message.
