First, when you change your password Ebay sometimes inserts captcha images that prevent Gixen logging in, from its own locations, which are different from where you are and where you changed your password. This usually happens only for a day or so. So it is best to stop trying for a day, then usually the restriction is relaxed. Next, sometimes the use of special characters (like the dollar sign) can cause issues with passwords on Gixen, so you might want to review your use of those. Otherwise, I would first ensure that you are typing exactly the same password for Gixen as you now use to log in to Ebay... do not accept any defaults provided by your browser, since they could still be an old Ebay password. Finally, if all those measures do not resolve the issue I would suggest that you send Mario an email at the support address provided on the 'Contact' tab above... If you do that please include your Ebay id and an explanation of the problem that you have with your password, saying whether or not that is with the web interface or the Desktop Manager... do not include your password in such an email as it is not a secure enough medium to do that, however if you still have any special characters in your password you might want to mention what those are.
