I've deleted my Cookies and put in the Proxyconfig in my LAN settings and when I refresh the Popup window it says my IP address is correct and connected to the Gixen proxy. I have bid on about 30 really cheap items with both the online and desktop versions and they always say "Verification required" at the end of the Auction. I've placed a few manual bids and they worked fine. I bid logged on both my Home Ebay (Austria) and Ebay.com (US) but neither worked.
