You need to have all the files in the download extracted to a single directory and run the executable in that directory (or have that as the working directory if you use a shortcut)... the message means it is not finding at least one of the files that are supplied.

I have used GDM version 1.3.4 with my old xp machine without a problem.
Now I"m using a different computer with windows 7 64bit. I can't get past
the login screen without the error "Could not load SSL library". I also tried
XP mode and got same result. Also tried version 1.3.9 and got the same result in both modes........Help!
