You can choose wht you feel works best for you. <br /> <br />The disadvantages of a later snipe are that you may loose the advantage of the bid increment rule if the price is raised just before you bid would have been placed. <br /> <br />Personally I prefer a larger offset than the default of 6 seconds. <br /> <br />The mirror and main dont 'cancel' each other as such, the one with the larger offset is most likely to succiessfully place a bid since it tries first.
