When I use sites written in a language that I do not understand I tend to cut and paste the pages to Google translate and work from the translation... it is not ideal but so long as you don't need to do it very often it is usually workable.

Didier,
The default "target" settings for Gixen are ebay.com (US), and "autotarget". Autotarget means that if item is not available on ebay.com, Gixen will switch to other sites on which item is available, e.g. ebay.co.uk, and ebay.de.
Unfortunately, ebay.fr is not supported by Gixen. So in this case it seems that Gixen placed a bid on ebay.de.
You can prevent this from happening in the future by turning off "autotarget". Note that some items will then not be available for sniping.
Have you tried calling customer support on ebay.de? I would be surprised if they don't speak English as well.

Post subject: French ebayer, french object but "ebay.de" bilt
Hi!
I'm a french ebayer and Gixen made a bid on ebay.de for a French subject.
I received the item broken and now I need to solve the problem in German (I do not understand the German language). Ebay told me that the item was bought on ebay.de and not do anything.
Regards
Didier :(
