Cleared cookies and browser history etc. in IE and chrome and it still doesn't fix the problem. I can't log in at all and have been trying for the last hour or so. I cleared cookies and nothing changed. Sometimes it logs me in, sometimes it doesn't. There are warnings on the add item page when it works. Same behavior on FireFox and Internet Explorer.
