It is an indication that Ebay rejected the details that you used to log into Gixen before you set up those snipes.
If you are certain that what you type into Gixen and Ebay are exactly the same then it is best to email Mario, so that he can discuss your details confidentially with you.
In any email correspondence include your Ebay id but NOT your password.

Post subject: Furious at GIXEN
What is going on with this cancelling bids saying "SIGN IN IS NOT VALID". I lost at least 10 auctions when GIXEN declares the Sign In Is Not Valid. What is going on? I would rather pay extra to get my snipes in than to see I lost items because my sign is is not valid. I have used the same sign in for years.
