No, you don''t tell sellers that, you just accept limitations of Gixen that are clearly stated.

Aha! Now, how do I tell sellers to spread auctions by two minute intervals because gixen doesn''t doesn''t like it.
Perhaps you can do it ... ?

mznxmznx,
There is a very clear warning on the snipes page:
''Warning: Bids you want to exclude each other should be in the same group.
Do not group items that end within 2 minutes of each other. In doing so you may win them all.
''

Post subject: Group purchase gone wrong!
Hello,
Something went wrong here, too!
Items in one group: 380707734788 and 130978225386.
Space between bids: 12 sec.
Now I have to plead with the seller to cancel one bid. Not a happy gixen customer!
:x

You are right, something went wrong, but not sure what - grouped snipes should have never been uploaded to the mirror. Can you please email me the updated CSV you used before you uploaded it to mirror?
In the meantime, you can ask the seller of the extra purchased item to re-list it. Usually sellers have no problem doing this, as they get an extra feedback.

I did this:
Imported "Gixen list" from eBay
Exported to CSV
Updated CSV locally on computer
Imported CSV back to Gixen
Maybe my slightly complicated method is the problem?

Replying to my own post here -
Appears that the bids are coming from the mirror server.
I'm going to change my eBay password to prevent any more bids - just in case.

Post subject: Group bid not cancelled after winning
Hi,
I had a group bid bid set up and won an item.
As expected the rest of the group items show as cancelled, and I got email updates for each item telling me the same, that each bid was cancelled.
Problem is Gixen has bid on and won one of the cancelled items! Cost is 30 GBP.
Item # 281106345140
Please can you take a look and see what has happened - and make sure that Gixen is not lined up to bid on any more items!
Thanks
