I looked carefully into your past bids and I see zero failures due to Gixen malfunction. Behaviour was immaculate each time. In each case your bid was either too low, you were outbid, won, and in one instance you entered your snipe too late (only two seconds before auction end).
So frankly, I have no idea what failures you are talking about. Please provide item id if you want a specific case investigated further.

wingnetengineer,
You need to provide at least an auction number before anyone can look into it.
Details of your snipe amount and the status that Gixen gave the snipe after the auction had finished are also helpful.

It looks like you changed your ebay password, but had this snipe scheduled in Gixen under the old password.

If you still have the snipe, has the status been updated now, or is it still 'SCHEDULED' on both Main and Mirror?
