I would contact eBay customer support and ask them what happened (no need to mention that you used sniping - it has nothing to do with it). <br /> <br />Also, I don't see any retracted bids that may have caused this. I've used Gixen before and I'm pretty sure it follows the same "increment bidding" as ebay auto bid, does. I set my max bid as $826. The next highest bid was $455.01 and my first bid was $800, which is the bid which won the auction. I spoke with ebay and they said it's because $800 was the bid I placed...no, I didn't; I tried to explain, but they were of no help. <br /> <br />Help, please?
