In all honesty, I have no idea what's wrong. I would try deleting included dlls and installing openSSL for windows from scratch (google for it, you'll find it).

Gixen Desktop Manager 1st screen
reg Gixen 2nd screen
Triggered after doing something on reg Gixen screen.
Then error keeps repeating even when away from computer
When error is displayed, unable to refresh manager, etc.
