Gixen will bid in the last few seconds at the amount you specify, however that does not mean that you necessarily have to pay that much. The way that eBay auctions work, the maximum that you have to pay is one bid increment more than someone else was prepared to bid. So the price you pay depends on other bids that are placed at any time during the auction. What we are discussing here is how eBay works, so if this is the area you have questions about then it is best if you look at the help pages about bidding on eBay itself.
Post subject: Sniping is set in stone?
Hi again,
Setting a snipe at $140. But the final bid from competitor is $110 - Will gixen snipe to $112.50? Or go all the way to $140?
