Was it really worth changing to Gixen for auction sniping? Hell yeah! The customer set up is simple. The features of the software are simple to use but extensive. The customer service is excellent. The NOT MANDATORY CHARGE of $6 for the mirror service is a drop in the ocean and arguably the most important thing of all is it 'works like a bought one!' My first auction today was a 100% sniping success. The obvious rules apply, you have to bid enough in the first place, but bidding a fair price and not getting wrapped up in an auction frenzy is what it's all about. The price I paid for the mirror for the year I have just saved (3 times over) on the price I was willing to pay for a brand new power tool. Gixen ..... I salute you! :D
