Mirror server is located in another hosting facility, so that automatically helps with any issues one hosting provider may have. Also, 1 in 300-500 snipes is late due to nature of the internet - requests time out, and that's normal, as dropped packets *are* actually part of how TCP operates (so called chain-saw sending rates, see TCP Reno). <br /> <br />So if 1 in 300 snipes is late statistically, that means with mirror you decrease this to 1 in 300x300, plus eliminate many other variables.
