Post subject: Include bid increment in email notifications?
I wonder, why not include minimum bid increment when sending notifications? Currently, notifications are sent only when items we list in gixen are outbid. But what about items where our bid is under minimum increment from current price? This auction will fail without being noticed before auction has been ended.
I'm not sure if I'm clear, so for example, let's say my maximum bid for an item is 8$ and before auction ends price came to 7.6$. This auction will fail for me because of minimum bid increment of 0.5$. If I would receive email notification informing me about this I would have opportunity to increase my bid to 8.2$ to win it.
Hopefully this it's clear what I mean. What do you think about it?
