That's great thanks guys, for both the speed and the info - appreciated.
PS I've started the dispute via Paypal instead in the end. Simply 'cos I found a link that worked;-)

Yes, you can only change it via the web interface at the moment, however once done it will apply to snipes that you add and then manage via the Desktop Manager.
The Gixen servers remain the same, that is where the snipes still come from... but having changed your target they will now bid on the .co.uk eBay site and not the .com eBay site.
Good luck with your dispute via .com... once you log in there generally the process is the same as .co.uk and the rules are pretty much the same, they still demand tracked shipping back to the seller if they agree to your Not As Described claim.

..also (sorry)
After changing the three options to UK and clicking update, the Gixen main page still says Chicago and Miami for servers.
Am I doing something wrong?

... ah, just realised, I use the desktop manager, not the web.
Is there no way of changing that setup?

Okay thanks guys, will change that setting.
This guy has duped me with a laptop he stated on his listing as, "to be honest, they are like new".
There's over an inch of free play at the outer edge of of the screen/lid. Presumably, due to worn out hinges I guess.
He denies this and now wont even correspond - ****er!
God only knows how he has a 100% feedback score!

Dougal95, Mark is correct. One thing that I should probably change though is to ask users what country they are from the first time they use Gixen, and set target server accordingly. As it is now, the default is ebay.com (US).
For the future auctions, change your target server(s) to ebay.co.uk on the Gixen settings page.

There is no way round it for this dispute, eBay insists that you raise a complaint on the site on which the bid was placed.
In order to avoid the same problem in future you need to change the target eBay site that Gixen will bid on for both the Main and the Mirror to be the UK site. This is on the Settings page that comes up when you press the Settings button at the top of your snipes page.

Post subject: Question Re GIXEN Usage (Subscribed)
Hello Mario
Used Gixed a couple of times since subscibing and like it very much. I have one problem (sort of) though...
I'm in the process of having to raise a dispute with a seller through the eBay resolution centre. The trouble is though, eBayUK insists that I purchased through the USA eBay site, and so refuses to help.
I understand this is because your server is US based and, that's technically, where the bids came from.
Is there any way around this - either for THIS dispute, or any possible future disputes?
Many thanks
